Location
The bathroom had a leak in the ceiling and told the staff, was told upon returning to the hotel it was fixed. Sunday morning is back leaking, will not stay there again

My Booked.net fee was supposed to be 126.94. The hotel charged my card for 211.59 and called this overcharge an "incidental fee". It took a visit to the front desk and then a follow up call once I was back home to get a refund for the over charge. The staff was polite as I dealt with this issue but I felt like a weird little bait and switch was taking place.
